Eric Moore, of Putnam, passed away on 3/22/2025 after a sudden illness. Born in Meriden, Mr. Moore spent most of his life in Woodstock where he worked for Sherman’s Dairy, the Town of Woodstock, and Miller’s Farm.

An avid outdoorsman, Mr. Moore enjoyed hunting, fishing, range shooting, archery, canoeing, and walking in the woods with his beloved dog, Toby.

Mr. Moore was the husband of the late Bonita Moore, and the half-brother of the late Ronald Sendobry. He leaves behind a daughter, Christin Silva-Farrell, a son, Eric “Woody” Moore, a granddaughter, Ashleigh Lefebvre, and his cousin, Karen Kurowski.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 29, 2025, at 11:00am at The First Congressional Church of

Woodstock, 543 Route 169, Woodstock, CT. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Nature Conservancy in his memory.
