Evans Family my sincere condolences. Loosing a loved one is never easy and when a life is cut short it makes it more difficult to deal with death. Death is an enemy to us all, taking away our most beloved ones. In John 11:11 death is compared to a peaceful sleep and just like we all awaken from sleeping, Jehovah God will wake Eric up from death. Acts 24:15 Jehovah God offers us the hope of the resurrection. May this hope help you endure until you see Eric again.

I just learned about Eric's passing, today. I only "knew" Eric while he was working for UPS; He delivered a lot to the office I work at. He was always smiling - we would talk about kids, he would remember special occasions I did with my daughter and ask, "how did it go" ... "how did your team do?" just very light, simple short but MEANIFUL conversations - it was just nice to have those moments; not a lot of those happening in the world & even less in the career he had. I just though "this guy is really special, to just take HIS time to speak to me for 5 minutes - which helped my day. I send my deepest condolences to Eric's family, friends, co-workers and to anyone who had the pleasure of even one moment of conversation with him.

I am so incredibly sorry for your loss. I had the pleasure of meeting Eric at Chimneyrock Elementary when our mothers worked together. His smile, free spirit, and playful demeanor were beyond contagious. Fortunately, I was reacquainted with him later in life via his work with Sache and our mutual friend, Bubba Buxton. I'm so grateful to have met Eric, his friends, and his beautiful family. My prayers and thoughts are with you all.

Eric will forever be part of our boys childhood. Soccer tournaments, ski trip in Utah, parasailing at Lake Arkabutle. Eric made us laugh, he was funny and full of middle school antics as he would chase Kyle’s younger brother Casey around the soccer fields. When we think about our boys growing up, we will never forget him, or his family. Our hearts go out to Debbie, David, Brian, Rachel, and her sons. We are with you in sorrow. May you all find comfort in the Lord of all, who has given you one another.

David and Debbie - I am so sorry. David you taught a number of yoga classes for me. You are an excellent instructor and as you know I likened you to Mr Roger’s. I hope you’re able to return to yoga.

Eric was a burst of energy and always down for a good time. He was always loving and affectionate to everyone. My heart breaks for your loss. Eric you will be remembered fondly.

I was so sorry to hear about Eric. I hope he knew how much we all loved him!! He was such an awesome guy, he always has the best hugs and the biggest smile.
