Eric John Barck, 51, passed away on October 26th, 2022 in Marshall, MN.  Born in Austin, MN, Eric grew up in Hayfield, Rochester and Minneapolis where he graduated from Roosevelt High School in 1989. After high school, he studied at the University of Illinois at Chicago before joining the Army Reserves in 1992. Eric was a cook for many years at various restaurants after leaving the Reserves. He enjoyed food and a good time. He had a love for reading, music, sneakers, hats and big watches. Eric had a contagious laughter, a warm personality, and a thoughtful heart. He was a devoted friend and helped many people in their time of need. Eric was well loved and will be missed by his close friends and family.
