Dear Gayle,
I will always cherish Enrico's wonderful voice and his "Bye sweetheart" that ended every phone call. It was so nice to have such a caring cousin here in the US, he made me feel less far from home. His Italian was enchanting , like a song, and his laughs always gave me hope, and courage.
I will miss him dearly.
You gave him love, joy, company, good care, helping him recover from grief and health issues. I hope his memory won't make you lonely, but glad that you had to spend some good years with him.
A big hug,
Anna

Gale, so sorry to hear about Henry's passing. Over the last few years I have heard about how much you have done for Henry. God bless you and yours. Craig Coonrod PS I can still hear Henry's voice from time to time. He was certainly one of a kind.
Very sorry to hear this news. I've always remembered his way of being able to relate so well to all kinds of students. I was a quiet one but my first 'atta girl' gave me so much confidence which helped me be the artist I am today. I know his family and close friends will miss him dearly. But I'm grateful to have experience Henry. Ciao. --Ann Mason
Our family will miss Henry and we can never repay his generosity of mind and spirit and everything he give us. My husband and I would not have met if it weren’t for Henry. My girls would not have been born and my dear friends would not be here to share all our stories. So sorry for this great loss. Love Sean and Kristen McKenna
I’m so sad for the world’s loss of Henry’s presence. Memories of his teachings, his laughter and his jokes are embedded in my mind forever and I’m so thankful for that. I’m sorry for his family’s and the community of his long-lasting admirers’ loss. Henry’s teachings and his art will live for so many years to come. ❤️
So sorry to hear this. I never had Henry for any art class but dealt with him occasionally while I was a student in the RIC Art Dept. in the mid-late 80's. The students that he did have in class loved him and always spoke highly of him. I own a drawing of his that I bought at one of the auctions when I was a student. Somewhere I have a photo of him wearing an armor metal bra type thing that Lee Karvonen made. He was wearing it while auctioning art. The next year I donated the photo to the auction. I don't think Henry liked it. :-) He leaves a lasting legacy with those who loved, were influenced and inspired by him. RIP

My most heartfelt condolences to Gayle and family and Henry’s kids. I’d like to think Henry is with all he held dear, especially “Rocky later named Larry the Cat”. Henry taught how to see. To look at the world and notice the subtle nuances of color and form, I owe to Henry . Thank you for that gift. May your memory always be a blessing.
