Enelda Shimabukuro Davila, 78, of Toms River, NJ passed away December 29, 2021. Born in Peru, she came to the United States in 1982 to Orange, NJ. She resided in West Orange, NJ before moving to Toms River, NJ. Enelda was predeceased by her husband Carlos Shimabukuro in 2000. Enelda is survived by her daughter Carmen Cortese Shimabukuro of Brick, NJ, her son Alex Shimabukuro of Chester, VA, five grandchildren: James, Anthony, Gabrielle, Sophia, Alex Jr., and seven siblings: María Dávila, Nora Dávila, Denith Pérez, Juana Pérez. Wingler Pérez, Zadith Dávila, and Martiniano Dávila. Interment will take place privately at Restland Memorial Park in East Hanover, NJ.
