Emilio was predeceased by his beloved spouse, Helen Suarez. Their enduring love story has left a profound legacy that will continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to witness it. He leaves behind his devoted mother, Zulema Vasquez, and his supportive brother, Michael Suarez.

A doting father to two remarkable daughters, Rachelle Flores and Amanda Suarez, Emilio saw his role as a parent as the most significant one in his life. Additionally, he was a cherished father-in-law to Alex Flores, and he held a special relationship with his grandchildren, Shailynn Young, Nevaeh Flores, and Trent Jamison Flores.

Emilio had a voracious appetite for life, mirrored in his love for all food. His eclectic taste in music ranged from funk to oldies, reflecting his broad and inclusive outlook. An enthusiast of television, he particularly enjoyed cooking and survival shows, mirroring his adventurous and resourceful spirit.

Not one to be idle, Emilio liked to drive, cherished the serene solitude of the open road and the thrill of a new destination. He also had a unique collection of watches and knives, a testament to his appreciation of craftsmanship and timeless style.
