Emerald Ann Lilley (Waabijiizi Wagoosh Ikwe-ban) passed away May 17th 2023 at home in Horace ND, age 65. Emerald was born on February 9th 1958 in Belcourt, ND to Frank and Rosella (Crissler) Vivier. Emerald was raised in Belcourt and completed her education in Belcourt and Flandreau Indian school she than furthered her education at TMMC in Belcourt studying for her Radiologist Technician degree. Emerald worked varies jobs in the F-M area until she retired …

Funeral/Memorial services will be on Wednesday May 24th, 2023 at Fiddlers hall starting 8am-3pm, burial will fallow at St Anns cemetery at 3pm.
