It is with heartfelt sadness that we announce the passing of Elsie Whisler, a woman of remarkable character and unfailing warmth. Born on the 19th of September, 1936, Elsie's life was a tapestry of love, humor, and deep care for those around her. She closed her eyes peacefully, surrounded by her loved ones, on Christmas day of 2019.
