Mrs. Elsie Galbreath Waller, age 96, of Vidalia, died Friday, May 19, 2017, in the Community Hospice House in Vidalia, after an extended illness. She was a native of the Sharpe Spur Community, a graduate of Alston High School, and has lived in Vidalia since the early 1940’s.
