It is with profound sadness that we announce that Eloy Ramirez Gonzalez, 34, suddenly passed away on March 9, 2023.

Eloy was born and raised in Midland, TX, where he graduated from Trinity School of Midland and went on to attend Texas Tech University. Eloy eventually pursued a career as a singer-songwriter & multi-instrumentalist, marked by his passion for playing harmonica, singing, writing lyrics, and playing acoustic guitar. He became extremely disciplined in his yoga practice, embracing sobriety, and music research. Ultimately, Eloy’s greatest passion and proudest role was as a father to his young daughter.

Eloy is survived by his loving mother, Chris Manning and her husband Dwayne, his adoring sister, Amy Goss, and her husband Austin, the light of his life, his daughter Norah Gonzalez, and her mother Hilary Hamilton, grandmother Juanita Ochoa, and many other uncles, cousins, aunts, colleagues, and friends who all dearly adored Eloy. We hold his memory close.
