Elmo LeRoy (Lee) Bumgarner passed away on June 16. 2019. At the time of his death he resided in Holtzville, NY with his wife, of 45 years, Maureen. Born in Lynchburg VA, to Lonnie & Dorothy Bumgarner, Lee grew up in Bedford County graduating from Bedford High School in 1960. He was an active member of Hickory Grove Methodist Church, the 4-H, and the DeMolay. While in high school he joined the Naval Reserve upon …
