Ellis D Harper , 26 born in Clearwater Fl passed away Monday February 18 2020 due to an accident involving a drunk driver. The son of Roberta Flint and Richard Harper Jr attended Florida State College in Jacksonville Fl for 2 years to pursue his degree in business. Ellis is survived by his mother Roberta Flint and his Father Richard Harper jr. His daughter Rayleigh Harper. His 2 sisters, Tatiana Herd and Kyleah Harper. And 2 brothers Jacob Harper and Lance Green. There will be a service held on Tuesday the 25th at Smith- Youngs Funeral Home at 9:30 a.m.
