Elliot's obituary
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Elliot McAlpine, who left us too early on August 5, 2025, after barely a month since his birth on July 11, 2025. Elliott was a sweet soul whose presence in our lives, however brief, brought immense love and happiness.
Elliot is survived by a loving family who will treasure the memories shared, no matter how fleeting. He is child to Kayla Ganyo and Asher Dixon, whose love for him knew no bounds. Elliot had a special bond with his dear brother, Everit McAlpine, who will forever remember his sweet smile. He is also survived by his doting grandmothers, Kirsten Martin and Angela Remsen, and his beloved Aunt Karlea Ganyo. His cousin, Eliana Villalobos, despite her tender age, will be left with tales of the cherished baby cousin who left too soon.
While Elliot’s time on earth was brief, he profoundly impacted those around him. His lessons of love, embodied in his sweet personality, were paramount to his fleeting life’s journey. His greatest accomplishment was the happiness he brought to us all, becoming a beacon of love and hope for his family and friends.
Elliot is preceded in passing by his grandfather, Scott Ganyo, and grandparent, Debra Allen. The thought of them welcoming Elliot into heaven brings a semblance of comfort, as we imagine him in their warm and loving embrace.
Elliot’s legacy, perfectly encapsulated in the phrase "Gone too soon," will forever echo in the hearts of all those who knew him. His sweet soul and the love he represented will be remembered every day. He will indeed be dearly missed, his memory a bittersweet testament to a life that touched us all, albeit all too briefly.
