It is with profound sadness we announce the passing of Ellen Cardwell, who left us far too soon on September 22, 2023. Ellen, a beacon of light and joy, was born on May 27, 1970, and throughout her 53 years, she touched countless lives with her outgoing personality and the universal love she extended towards all.

A wonderful mother and cherished sister, Ellen leaves behind a beautiful legacy, her five children; sons Jordan Robillard, Kyle Robillard, and Rook Roberts, and her daughters Jerica, Kira, and Jenna Robillard. Each of them have been imbued with their mom's enduring spirit, and she lives on through them.

Ellen's strength and resilience were evident in her belief 'Never let your dreams go.' This heartfelt lesson, one of many she instilled in her children, is a testament to her positive and nurturing nature. This philosophy, now her legacy, will undeniably create waves of positive change in the world through her children.

She is also survived by her brother, David Greer, who stood by her in this life journey, sharing joy, sorrow, and countless memories. Together, they navigated the passing of their mother, Linda Greer, and their aunt, Shirley Greer, both of whom predeceased Ellen.

Ellen's absence has left a void that cannot be filled. Her infectious laughter, her sparkling eyes, and her welcoming nature will be dearly missed. She was truly a beautiful soul whose spirit will continue to resonate in the hearts of many. As we grieve her untimely departure, we also celebrate the remarkable life she led, one filled with kindness, love, and joyous moments. Rest in peace, Ellen, knowing the love you showered upon us will never fade.
