I had the pleasure of getting to know and work with Ellen as a colleague the Philadelphia Seminary. Friendly, kind and full of faith. Rest in glory, Ellen.

My memory of my cuz Ellen will always be fishing with her in the red canoe on the channel in Minocqua.  She would come to visit each summer and would spend time with this younger cousin.  I felt extra special when I rode with her on a road trip to North Dakota.  A special person for sure,

Ellen was a pleasure to serve with. Kind, gentle and understanding.

Ellen was one of the kindest people I have ever known.  I was blessed by this kindness when we were both students at seminary.  I remember her fondly and send my sincere condolences to all of her beloved family.
