Elizabeth Zajac, 61, passed away on October 23, 2021 in a motor vehicle accident. She was born in Poland on September 19, 1960 to Edward and Genowefa Szymkiewicz. She was the youngest of three daughters.
Elizabeth spent the first twenty years of her life in the small town of Skorkow, Poland on a small farm with her parents and sisters. She married Christopher Zajac in 1980 and soon became a mother to her only child, …
