Elizabeth C. Scott, 95, of Batavia, IL, passed away in her home on Wednesday, August 5, 2020. Elizabeth was born on November 20, 1924, in Hagerstown, MD, the daughter of Francis and Clara Camper. Elizabeth grew up on the east coast, mostly in Dover, DE, until meeting and marrying Duncan Scott in Ithaca, NY, in 1947. They moved together to Ames, IA, in 1949, and were there until 2002 when they moved into the Holmstad …
