Elizabeth “Liz” Delcie Dye Martin passed away peacefully in her home on November 11, 2024, with her devoted husband by her side. Liz, as most knew her by, was born in Fort Dix, NJ on March 20th, 1964, to her loving parents, Willie and Jane Dye.
