I still have a hard time believing this is real. Liz was the sweetest. She always called to check and see how I was doing (even when the recording would cut her off, if she had more to say, she would call right back and make sure to tell us that the recording cut her off).

Liz gave me my first job as a mother's helper, so we got to spend a lot of time together. I will always remember the van rides with her and the boys, her showing me how to make mac&cheese a million times so we wouldn't starve while she was gone, trying to get her out of the house on-time for her date nights with John (I think we were successful 1 time), pool parties and just all the fun we had together with the families.

Christmas and New Year's Eve were always a time to get together and laugh and be thankful for everything, and I will never forget those celebrations-she always wanted to know if we had Dad's kielbasa for Christmas at our house and if we were bringing the confetti sticks for New Year's at the Janus house. So many good times.

Liz saw me grow up. She was always there. She was my "Aunt" Liz. I know she is watching over all of us, and I will cherish all my memories with her!

Miss and love you Liz!

I remember Liz was always so sweet and kind.  Liz was married to my mom’s boss when I was younger.  But it wasn’t just her boss we become like family.  Then they moved to California we went and visited them.  My mom kept in contact with them and she was getting married lol they both got remarried.  Unfortunately now they are both watching over our families.  I also remember when Liz made tuna boats my mom tried but not like Liz’s lol!  I’ve tried to stay in touch with Kristin and Liz as they are important in our lives.
I was  devastated when I heard the news of Elizabeth's passing. I am so sorry for your loss.  She was an amazing person. Give Tom and Rick my love.
