Elizabeth “Beth” Ann Godfrey Noe, 50, of Peoria, IL, passed away on Friday, October 31, 2025 at her home.

Beth was born in Peoria on March 2, 1975 to Arthur and Ruth A. (Crossett) Godfrey. Her father preceded her in death.

Surviving are her children: Dylan Noe, Sebastian (Hope) Noe, and Phineas T. Drowns; mother, Ruth; and brothers: Timothy Gosnell, Stephen Gosnell, and Mark Godfrey.

Beth attended Peoria High School, graduating with the class of 1993.

She was an activist and friend to all who knew her. Her vibrant personality lit up every room that she entered.

A memorial service will be held at the Redeemer Lutheran Church on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at 11:00 am with a visitation one hour prior. Pastor Ron Miller will be officiating. A private burial will take place at Lutheran Cemetery.
