We have great memories of Betty as a wonderful neighbor and great helper at the clubhouse at Stuart Place in Harlingen. She started a birthday celebration for all in their birthday month and was always having a welcoming smile for folks at the clubhouse and especially to us in our back yards. Wonderful memories of her. May she RIP and may her family know that she meant a lot to folks at Stuart Place. Linda and Lou Osborne
