Obituary
Betty was born Elizabeth June Barker in 1949 to the late Herman Giles and Rena (Ralph) Neat Disney in Seymour Indiana. and spent many colorful years in California, Arizona and Florida before going home to our Lord and Savior on April 1, 2022 at her home, surrounded by her family. In 1967, she met and married the love of her life, Loy Barker of Los Angeles, California. and he survives. Betty was proud to be …
