It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Elio Mendillo. A loving father, devoted husband, and esteemed engineer, Elio was born on August 18, 1929, and passed away peacefully on February 26, 2024.

Elio, a respected alumnus of Stevens Institute of Technology, graduated with a degree in Engineering in 1964. His rigorous studies at Castle Point Terrace, Hoboken, NJ, shaped him into a diligent professional who continuously contributed to his field of expertise. His knowledge, professionalism, and dedication greatly shaped the world around him.

More than his professional accomplishments, Elio is remembered for his devoted love for his family. He was a loving husband to the late Mary Mendillo, and a doting father to his children Amy Jo Cordillo, Edward Mendillo, Sandra Gindler, Linda Heath, and the late Laura Mendillo.

Elio will be deeply missed by Amy Jo, Edward, Sandra, and Linda. His life remains a testament of honor, commitment, and love. His legacy will continue to be a beacon of inspiration for his family, his friends, and everyone who had the fortune of knowing him.

As we pay our respects, we celebrate Elio Mendillo not only for the life he lived but for the lives he touched. His memory will forever be etched in the hearts of those who loved him. May he rest in peace.
