Elijah Emmanuel Rufus, 19, was taken from this world too soon on February 15, 2023. Elijah was born on June 26, 2003 to Roshanda Casteel and Rasson Rufus at Long Beach Memorial Hospital in Long Beach. Elijah was the eldest of 7 children and his younger siblings looked up to him in every way. Throughout his short life, Elijah carried himself with jubilant energy and positivity.
