Elijah Donavan Malone

Born September 8, 1995 to Meta Catherine Lim and Bryan Jeffress Malone, Elijah was raised in Silver Spring and Clarksburg, Maryland. He attended Montgomery County Public Schools and participated in numerous afterschool activities and Pop Warner Sports. He had a passion for football which was demonstrated on the field with the Takoma Park Sharks and the White Oak Warriors. He also developed a love for music, which was evident in his writing and performing skills. Known in the music industry as “Eazy”, he was able to accomplish the release of various songs and tracks on multiple streaming platforms, as well as forge relationships with other well-known local artists and producers.
Elijah was a free-spirit who enjoyed traveling - recently visiting Canada, Cancun, and Puerto Rico. Elijah lived in the moment and desired to see the world. He was extremely affectionate, very outgoing, personable and especially loved children and dogs. Elijah had plans to own a kennel and to pursue other entrepreneurial endeavors.
Elijah had an infectious personality and was known for his amazing smile. He was affectionately known to family and friends as “Smiley”.
Elijah was a part of a large, loving family. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Fred Malone and his older brothers Bryan Malone, Jr. and Marcus Levy. He is survived by his parents, Meta Lim and Bryan Malone; his daughters, Naomi Malone and Ava Marie Malone; his grandparents, Margie Malone and Sam and Bunoan Wu; his siblings, Casey Williams, Alyssa Lim, Justin Malone, Shane Malone, Shannon Malone, and Zoey (Malone) Mitchell; his nieces and nephews, Zaniah Levy, Isaiah Baker, Laiya McClees, and Alyona Malone; his aunts, Courtney Shawn Ray and Maryama Tagoe; his uncles, Avery “X” Malone, Monorom Wu, and Alonzo Ray; cousins, Kyndall Hill, Aaron and Austin Ray, and Azzaan Malone; and his dogs, Sophie, Juice and Louie.
