Dear family of Elias!
I am really sad to read of Elias passing.
He will always remain in my thoughts and in my heart.
I had the good luck to get to know Elias rooms and Elias as a really amazing host. He always had a smile, he gave us the best informations about the Karpathos Island.
Long time ago(about 20-25 years) we recognized him as a lovely man with his two children , George and Irene.
We were in contact by telephone sometimes and so I spent my holiday in Elias rooms 2017 again.
I remember him as a great man
and my sympahthy is with his family, especially to George and Irene

I'm glad you appreciated my words about Elias. He was a very nice man and we miss him a lot.

Thanks for the information about Elias Rooms. I hope that you can take over it in the future.

Unfortunately our forum was hacked a few years ago and therefore it is not possible to register as a new member. But I published your email in the thread so everyone could read what you wrote. I

Dear Hatzigeorgiou family, I just saw the obituary for Mr. Hatzigeorgiou yesterday and I am so sad to hear of his passing. I knew him from the UVa medical center and it is his smile, his laughter, his warm heart and generous spirit, and his overflowing love for his family, that I recall. I knew Elias as an amazing host at Elias rooms in Karpathos, where I stayed three times. A warm, welcoming man with so much knowledge of his island.
My thoughts and warmest wishes go to his children today.
