Eleanor (Ellie) Mae Dodd,80 , of Destin, FL passed away in a local hospital on Friday, September 9, 2022. Ellie was born October 20, in Carterville MO to the late Ray E. Parscal and Cecile M. (Throckmorton) Parscal. She was also preceded in death by her two sisters; Phyllis and Doris, her brother Glen, her son Mikel Osborn, and daugther-n-law Kim Watson.
