My family had the pleasure of growing up next to Eldine, Dennis, and Tricia for many years in Scarborough. Eldine was known to her neighbors as kind, generous, and always ready to lend a helping hand. She had a warm smile and an optimistic spirit that touched everyone around her.
Each spring, as their tulips blossom, we will be reminded of this loving couple and the beautiful family they created.

My deepest condolences to her family, her loving daughter, and her grandchildren.  She lives on through all of you.

I'm saddened to read of the passing of Eldine - a true patriot, a genuine individual, and a diligent worker. I extend my deepest condolences to her daughter Dr Patricia McClendon and all the members of the bereaved family. Be strong!
