Elayne Riva Kobryn, 79 years old, has unexpectedly passed away from severe Bipolar 1 disorder-depressive state, and Congestive Heart Failure on Sunday, March 7, 2021 in Corsicana, Navarro, Texas. I am still unsure of the direct cause of my Mother's death, but I was informed by the nursing home staff this last Thursday that my Mother was allowed to refuse food, refuse drinks, and to refuse to take her much needed medications since early January …
