Elaine Ann Welker, age 71, passed away Saturday August 8, 2020 while at Jupiter Medical Center.
Elaine was born in Buffalo, NY to Jean (Quatrani) and Vincent Priore. She grew up with two younger siblings, Louis Priore and Jeanie (Priore) Shearer, as well as countless cousins and other relatives.
She graduated from SUNY College at Buffalo with a BS in Education. She met her husband Robert Welker, and they were married in 1974. They decided …
