My condolences to your entire family. Elaine was not only a loving wife and mother, but a dedicated optometric physician who brought quality health care and the gift of sight to so many people. She was loved by both her patients and colleagues alike. I know your family is grieving at this loss of a loved one. Please know that her optometric family is grieving with you. My wife and I met Dr. Pham years ago at Costco for eye exams and found her to be such a delightful and caring person. Was a blessing to know her.
