Elaine went home to Jesus on October 14, 2021 at age 61. Elaine was born to Jack and Dorothy Chandler on August 14, 1960 in Tyler, TX. As a child, Elaine loved to play dolls and dream of her future husband. Elaine met her husband, Tim in 1983 at the church preschool where she was teaching.
