On August 7, 2020, our fun-loving, BINGO yelling mother, Elaine Eleanor Bujanowski Mamayek finally won her fight to be at peace. The world is a little dimmer and quieter without her quirky smile and boisterous laugh, but we are glad that she is back with her husband Ronald Mamayek on what would have been his 88th birthday. Her siblings Lorraine, Harry, Jerry and especially, her beloved sister Shirley who she missed so dearly broke down the pearly gates to let her in and join the party which she will now lead. Her children Thomas with his wife Lisa and Susan and her husband Jeffery will miss her, but they have her four grandchildren, Cassandra and her husband Alexander, Trevor, Justin and Daniella to keep them busy. And if that weren't enough to keep them occupied, her great granddaughter Olivia will keep them on their toes for years to come. We are so grateful that she was able to meet her and that she reunited with her sister Diane after many years. We can now hear her echo in Diane's laugh. We know Mom would be so mad at us if we didn't mention John and Katherine Peplinski who took such good care and gave her Jack and Joyce to grow up with and share so much. Surrounded by these people and so, so much more, it's no wonder she was always so happy in good times and bad. Until we meet again Mom, we love you.
