Obituary
EFFIE P. MCHENRY, a beloved mother, grandmother and educator, passed away August 15. She was born in Bristol, Oklahoma to parents, Henry and Gladys Wofford, on August of 1937.
She spent her formative years in Milwaukee, Wisconsin where attended school and decided to become an educator. Following high school graduation, she continued her studies attending Chicago Teacher College in Illinois. She was a gifted educator and administrator as well as ardent student, receiving several post …
