Edy's obituary

It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we sadly inform you all of Edy Vasquez passing on 11/19/2025. Edy was 33 years old. He passed away in Travis County, Austin, Texas. He loved pokemon and Dr Who, Dragon Ball Z, Electronic music, Salsa/cumbias, merengue, baladas just like our mom always taught us, have eclectic taste in music. His niece always loved his signature merp and glasses. He loveddd karaoke, Raves, cold brews, befriending strangers, helping others, his two dogs Dexter and Cookie. He loved his sisters and mother and niece dearly! We are all in shock that something like this would happen to someone who was just beginning to live his life. Edy will be dancing in heaven where ever that may be and anywhere he goes! He is survived by his sisters, M(40) E(45), niece (19) brother G (48) and father E (62). He loved to work in hospitality and the food industry. He studied to be an engineer in Rochester New York and in 2020 whisked himself away on a new adventure in Austin Texas. Although Edy lived a short life he lived it FULL. He loved walking his dogs and facetiming us for his niece birthdays. Edy loved the Buffalo Bills and we will continue this tradition for you forever, Josh Allen his Goat. Edy was always smiling and joking, he took movies very seriously! He and his sister (M) even have matching tattoos to back this up. We will forever feel him each time we go to the movies and in every feather we find, we know you are here!!
