We are horribly saddened to announce the unexpected passing of Edwin "Puro" Rodriguez at the age of 77.
Edwin "Puro" Rodriguez was born on June 04, 1945 to parents Justina Rodriguez Vega and Guillermo Rodriguez in Yauco, Puerto Rico. He was the youngest of 18 and moved to Chicago when he was young. Puro loved to work on bicycles and spend time with his friends. He never married; was a master in the streets; good spirited; always smiling; Could not stay put for long. Puro was predeceased by 14 older siblings. He is survived by his older brothers Miguel, Gregorio "Goyo", and Heriberto.
