To the Binder Family. I’m so sorry for your loss. I have so many wonderful memories of your dad growing up in Hanover Park,IL.
Sadly but will never forget talking to your dad way back in 1982 before l left for the Army. Your dad gave me some advice that l you lived by during my 23 1/2 years of service.
Had l seen this sooner l would of traveled to help in celebrating your dads life
God Bless you all

My memory goes back to grade school in Millvale. Fritz was at St Anthony parish and I was at St Anne where we compete in baseball and basketball each year. I say competed but that is a misnomer....Fritz was such an outstanding athlete I dreaded facing him as a pitcher....he struck me out every time at bat and on the basketball court he was all alone defeating us often by 20 and 30 points. I regret our paths never crossed after that but I kept track of some of his success stories through high school and over the years.
It was evident to all of us Fritz that was going on to great things and he did. May he rest in peace.

I met Ray before I met Paul and Fritz. I remember thinking if they were anything like Ray, they would be cool guys as well. I met Fritz a few months before our wedding when we were in PA for Amanda's wedding. From the get go, he became one of my favorite people. He called me "Amy Georgia" and made me laugh all the time. I was so happy when our kids got to meet him. They had heard so many Uncle Fritz stories that they were in awe meeting the man and the legend. One of a kind. That's definitely the best way to describe him. Sending much love to my sweet Aunt Mary Ann and to everyone.

Condolences to the entire Binder family. I was lucky enough to meet Fritz on a number of occasions and he was a very interesting and entertaining guy. I know he loved his family and along with his wife raised a great one. A life well lived. Godspeed Fritz.
