Edward Frank Novotny, 68, of Aurora, IL, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, April 18, 2025. He was born on March 23, 1957, in Oak Park, IL, and is the son of the late Edward Novotny Sr. and Lillian Novotny. He graduated from Riverside Brookfield High School and earned his bachelor’s degree from Western Illinois University. Ed is survived by his daughter, Anna; mother, Lillian; sisters Nancy, Diane, and Cathy; brother, Larry; brothers-in-law, Bob and Jim; nieces, Becca and Laura; and nephew, John. He enjoyed fishing, bird watching, stargazing, and watching the Chicago White Sox and Chicago Blackhawks.
