Born on November 26, 1979, in Somerville, NJ, Edward was the beloved son of Loretta Maire and the late Kevin Maire of Easton, PA. He graduated from Hunterdon Central High School, attended Bryant College, and earned his culinary degree from the French Culinary Institute in New York City.
