Edward's obituary

Edward Louis Henry, age 76, is a loving man originally from Waterville, Maine. He was the eldest of 13 children and born to Lewis Edward Henry and Bernadette Mary Thibodeau. He contributed in great ways growing up to help provide for the family.

He passed away April 16, 2022, the day before Easter at St. ROSE Hospital, Las Vegas, Nevada.

He was survived by his loving and devoted wife Christiana Firman Henry and Six Children, names Katherine McKendrick, Gregory Henry, Elizabeth Stanley, Rodney Henry, Stephanie Ouzounian, and Jason Christopher, including 23 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren.

Ed loved the life he had and worked with each challenge presented him in a way that was hopeful and confident. Ed also served in the US Navy and was awarded a purple heart for his courage and service while in Vietnam, worked for US Postal Service for more than 34 years and 2 more years at Morongo Casino-California.

Ed's kind and generous heart will be greatly missed by his family and friends. The last story of his life will be held in the morning at his funeral service, May 2, 2022 at 8:00 am in the Chapel of Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery - 1900 Veterans Memorial Dr. Boulder City, NV 89005
