With great sorrow we announce the passing of Edward Lipay on April 27th, 2023 at the age of 82.
Son of the late Yolanda and George Lipay, he spent his early years in Fosterdale, NY until his retirement as a Nationwide Insurance agent and business owner. He retired to Panama City Beach, FL with his loving wife Elaine where they resided for 20yrs until her passing. The last years of his life were spent in …
