Edward Joseph gained his angel wings on December 17, 2022 at his home in Columbus, IN. Edward was 98 years old.

Edward's life would seem too short to many, but those of us who were Blessed to be touched by his understand that his existence and the imprint He left on our hearts exceed the quantity of time that He stayed here.
Edward was talented and adventurous in many aspects of his life. He was a master of fishing, an avid hunter and an amazing friend. When Edward wasn't working or fishing, he could be found on the golf course, practicing his swing.  Not a day went by where Edward didn't talk about how much his children and family meant to his -- his family was arguably his most important achievement in life.

Edward is survived by his children, Michael Joseph and Stephanie Adams.  As well as four grandchildren, Kelley Joseph, Alexis Roberts, Matthew Adams, and Joshua Adams plus many countless friends. Edward was predeceased by his wife Geraine and his daughter's Jackie and Teresa.  Services will be held at Shirley Brothers Funeral Home  on December 21st  at 1 p.m. at 9900 Allisonville Road in Indianapolis, IN.  In lieu of flowers, please consider making a contribution to the American Legion, an organization Edward cared for.
