It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Edward J Mitchell, who departed this life on July 20, 2025, at the age of 83. Edward was a beloved husband, whose warmth, wisdom, and kindness touched the lives of all who knew him.

Born on January 16, 1942 in Florida, Edward lived a life marked by integrity, compassion, and quiet strength. He was known for his dedication to his family. His gentle humor, thoughtful presence, and unwavering support will be dearly missed.

Edward is survived by me as well as countless friends who were fortunate to share in his journey. 

A funeral will be held on July 21, 2025 at Naples Funeral Home, Inc, where all who loved Edward are welcome to gather, remember, and celebrate his life.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Charity in Edward’s memory.

His presence will be missed, but his legacy of love, strength, and kindness lives on in the hearts of all who knew him.
