I’m sorry for the loss to everyone that knew Big Ed. My dear friend for almost 30 years. We played basketball together in leagues rarely list a game win almost every league we played in!

Ed was a giant Teddy bear. He loved my kids all 6 of them we all cried when we heard of his passing. We went to many Warriors and Giants games over the years. 

He worked out like no other was built like a  Greek Statue!

I would go visit Ed at the hospital walk with him in his recovery after heart surgery. It was difficult but he endured never complained!

He was one of the sweetest, kindest  most loving people I’ve ever known. 

We will miss you Big Ed and remember your beautiful smile, 3 point shot, great screens  and your slam dunks- but more importantly remember you for being a loving, kind , dear friend for decades.

May God give you and your family much love and peace forever and ever!

I never met Ed but heard endless stories of his exploits and goodness from Barbie. May Rest In Peace and his family and Miss Barbie find solace in having known him

Pictures of Ed Jr. and his cousin Bill enjoying each other's company ... Ed Jr. was my sports soul mate, we talked often on every subject pertaining to sports ... he loved hearing about his cousin's (my grandson) athletic adventures! He thrilled in giving an eleven-year-old the wisdom of his athletic adventures, while I mused how Ed Jr. reminded me, of "me", at eleven-years-old listening to his father, Ed Sr. ... R.I.P. my dear Cousin.

Rest big guy. You were the gentle giant of our era and you will be missed terribly. I’m sorry your gone at such a young age but god had plans for you big guy obviously. My love to you and to your entire family affected by this early and terrible tragedy.  Love you and will miss you.
