Dear Alison and Lyn,

May I offer my belated warmest heart-felt condolences to you and your families.

I worked with your dad, Ed Sr. at Volt Technical Corp. in Mt. View between mid-70s and early 80s. In fact, your dad and Henry Maranon were kind to offer me a full time job while I was a design student at SJSU.

I carry much sweet memories of the Huse family ...... even having the opportunity of meeting Betty, Lyn, and Eddie at the Middlefield Road location, where Annabelle, Roberta and Bob Stein were present as well.

Eddie was playing soccer goalie at grade school back then. Later I was totally thrilled to hear from Ed Sr. that Eddie joined the SJS Spartan football team as a TE. I also enjoy your dad's own story re: his days with the then NBA St. Louis Hawks.

So very sad to learn of Eddie's passing. May he rest in peace together with Ed Sr. and Betty.

Love, sincerely,

from Cornelius (Cory) K Law, in Hong Kong, China.

Dear Alison, Larry, Lyn,  Dick, Danielle,  John,  and Warren, I  hurt with you all for the loss of Eddie.   How privileged was I to meet such gentle soul.

May the memories keep your heart warm and a smile on your face every time you think of him.  May his light shine on your path until we all meet again.

Love and prayers to you all.

Chio

My condolences to Ed's family. I first met Eddie at a high school party after a basketball game, (Leigh vs Branham). We were high school sweethearts from that day on and off and on in college. We were always great friends, before and after we broke up in college. We kept in contact over the years-and I surely miss that laugh.  I feel as if a part of my past, a beautiful past and a beautiful person in my past has been torn from my heart.  I always thought of Eddie as invincible. That gentle giant with an even bigger heart who always was so happy and carefree… I will always cherish the happy times in our past and feel great sadness that someone as sweet as you was taken from this world way too soon…

Doris

Amazing Kindness. I have a gift that he brought me a few days before he passed away. I will always cherish it

The moon is waxing and you're not here,

it's raining continuously, and still very cold, February endings always leave me sad. This one in particular. I miss you, darlin' brother.
