Edward Curtis Johnson Age 67 Passed Away On July 01, 2025 @ 2:57 pm, In Henderson, Nevada.
He was a loving servant of the Father, The Son, And The Holy Spirit, A loving Son, Brother, Uncle, Cousin, Father, Grandfather, A Teacher and Friend.
Edward Curtis Johnson was Born in Portsmouth, Virginia on 12-05-1957. His mother, stepfather, and siblings moved all over the country due his step father serving in the navy before settling down in San Diego, CA, where he grew up at. He had many various jobs before working for The City Of San Diego.
Edward Curtis Johnson Was A great singer with a beautiful voice, a Great song writer, he was a great cook, he was funny, he loved his mothers famous lemon cake, and he loved lemon cookies, and brownies, orange soda, and lemon lime soda and many more foods. He always talked about the word of Our Heavenly Father. He always talked alot, to strangers for long periods of time about God and he would say For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am i in the midst of them.(Matthew 18:20) KJV. He loved Psalms 35, and he loved John 3:16 out of the bible, and The Book Of Revelations.
He is survived by 6 children 3 girls and 3 boys, Nicole Sha'nae Johnson, Alaina Danielle Johnson, Stephen Jeremiah Jeron Johnson, Jeremy Nathaniel Isaiah Johnson, Isaiah Josiah Meeks, And Olivia Anastatia Meeks and he is survived by 8 grand children 4 girls and 4 boys Jaunae' Norsworthy, Journee Johnson, Toa Caldwell, Tasi Johnson, Maslyn Johnson, Ziggy Johnson, Aeryhs Johnson, And Amaaz Johnson.
He is also survived by his Mother Mary Johnson, His Brothers Joseph Johnson, Robert Johnson, and his sister Louise Johnson. Nephews Tirone Johnson, Charles Johnson, Alex Johnson, Jaime Johnson, And Deontae Johnson. Great niece Kristiana Johnson And Great Nephews.
He retired from The City of San Diego In 2000, And moved to Las Vegas, Nevada December of 2005 with his 3 children Alaina Johnson, Stephen Johnson, And Jeremy Johnson.
Edward will be remembered for the good the bad and the ugly, his strong spirit, resilience, beautiful voice, his unwavering faith For the Love of The Father, The Son, And The Holy Spirit, and for the bread of life, his laugh, his cooking, his hard headedness, his stubborness and somethings that he could not control due to him bound by flesh, but he always no matter what stayed believing, he never let no one or nothing seperate him from the love of god.(Mark 10:9 There for what god has joined together, let not man seperate)NKJV. His Children, Family, And Friends will carry his memory in their hearts forever.
