Long time Elmira resident Edward James “Jim” Carnegie Jr., 60, died September 14th, 2021, at his home in Southport, NY.
Jim was born September 4th, 1961 in Elmira, NY to Edward Carnegie Sr. and Mary Catherine Carnegie (Rossi).
Jim attended St. Patrick’s Grammar School, St. Patrick’s Jr. High, Notre Dame High School, and Corning Community College, where he earned his associates degree in Mechanical Engineering. He worked many years as a mechanical designer in Elmira, …
