Our families have been entwined since our daughter Lindy discovered Kelly in 2nd grade…a BFF friendship was born! At the time, Scott and I did not realize we would be equally blessed. When Ed and Kim discovered each other, we recognized that he was a blessing from God, Kim’s perfect love! In time, we became closer friends, our get-togethers were fun and laughter-filled: whether cutting up on the dance floor at the Muckleshoot; rooting the Seahawks through countless games; annual Super Bowl Sundays with the Fufas, Carliles, Keys and Coulters, loud and rowdy, bets in hand; shared Mexican meals over board games…what was not to love?!!! Ed’s love of life was contagious!
When Kelly and John decided to head south to Cali, and Ed and Kim joined in, Ed’s invitation to pack up and join them was too good to pass up! For the last 2.5 years the four-of-us have constantly marveled that we took the plunge, did what other retirees only talked about, moving here to “live the dream!” Amazing!
We will so miss the laughter, the good times, with our buddy Ed. We feel so blessed to have enjoyed the warmth of his friendship, fired up by His love for the Lord. Many, many memories are stored in our hearts and minds to revisit when missing him becomes difficult. Ed now has a new audience to joke and laugh with…we’ll be ready to jump back in when we see him again! Love you, man!

I’m very sorry for your loss. My husband and I met Ed and Kin on a cruise. We spent part of the day with them in St. Marten. He was full of life! May he Rest In Peace. Prayers and hugs to his family and friends. 💔🥲
