Dear Lori and Lina, I am so saddened to hear of your Dad's passing. It has been many years since you were children and you and all the children of the Aunties played together. I do anticipate that you remember, my memories are joyful and loving. Your dad was a great guy and we all went through much when you children were young at Frank C. Martin. Please know that you are in my prayers and in my thoughts.

My father made it a point to tell me often how proud he was of me and how much he believed in me. He pushed me in ways I sometimes didn’t understand and later learned to appreciate and thank him for. My IB diploma was for my dad, I gifted it to him when I graduated. My BA in Communication Artd was for me. When I get my JD it will be for daddy. He always said they he would have loved to be a lawyer so it’s in his name that I’ll accomplish our shared goal.

We were neighbors and even in our brief interactions, he was always so kind and thoughtful. He emanated good energy.
