Background
When it rains, it pours. Hurricane Helene came in to shake up a lot of things here in Georgia and took one of the greatest men to ever live with her. Edmond was in the hospital during the hurricane and when they sent him home with hospice care he was home for 2 days when he passed the morning of October 2, 2024. When doing the paperwork for the funeral home, we noticed that the insurance policy he had for years was surrendered due to us falling on hard times when he became bed ridden. None of us knew that he didn’t get another policy until it was too late. We will do anything for him, and one thing we know is that he would love to be buried with his brothers in New Jersey. So we’re raising money to send him to be buried with his brothers and have a proper going home going ceremony. The total goal will cover the cost of the funeral, casket, having him transported and memorial supplies. We are coming out of pocket for the rest of the memorial service, the repass and our travel to and from NJ. We’re asking anyone who has loved Edmond, been taught and guided by him, partied with him, or just felt his loving spirit and energy to help us fulfill his last wish any way you can. Every cent counts and is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for anything you can do,
